About Todd Randall
Hello and thank you for visiting Mode T Productions.
I’m Todd, the owner and operator of Mode T. I am an Emmy and National Silver Telly winning video producer with twenty years of film, video, photography, and motion graphics experience.
Mode T has been a side business of mine for many years. In the last few years I have maintained a full time position at Winterstate Entertainment as Creative Director as well as working as an After Effects instructor at Hennepin Technical College
My job at Winterstate has me offered the opportunity to create and direct several amazing projects.
Chief among those projects is the feature film Brother’s Keeper, which will be my feature directorial debut. I am currently working to complete Brother’s Keeper for a wide release in 2019.
Brother’s Keeper stars Milo Gibson (Hacksaw Ridge, Gangster Land), Abigail Hawk (Blue Bloods), Noel Gugliemi (Fast and the Furious, Training Day), and Laurence Fishburne (The Matrix).
Before working on movies at Winterstate, I was a Creative Services Producer at KARE 11 News in Minneapolis. In addition to creating national quality spots for KARE I’ve also produced spots for Race for the Cure, The Science Museum of Minnesota, the Outnumber Hunger Campaign featuring Reba, The Minnesota Vikings, The Minnesota Wild, the 2014 Winter Olympics, and Super Bowl 52. You can still see my work on air nightly on KARE 11’s Breaking the News.
Cameras, lenses, and editing software are everywhere today and anyones brother, sister, uncle or aunt can shoot a video on a DSLR and cut it in Final Cut Pro. The skills you can’t be taught, breadth of experience, artistic eye, high standards of quality, personality and leadership are the tools that I bring to bear on every client project I work on. They are what set me apart from the rest.
Please feel free to contact me for your next film, video, photo or motion graphics project.
